Methods of the Josiah Foundation

  • Specifically and practically meet material and spiritual needs of those living in deep poverty.

  • Provide “micro loans” as start-up capital to enable people to start their own businesses, become self sufficient, and to help others within their spheres of influence.

  • Provide funding/supplies for:

    • Orphanages

    • Schools/teachers/students

    • Medical treatment

  • Emphasize personal development by helping people to develop into individuals who, after receiving help themselves, will in turn help others.

  • Utilize various media (web site, newsletters, video documentaries, et al.) to:

    • Promote/support those who faithfully minister to the world's poor.

    • Provide connection for those who wish to make a difference in the life of someone living in poverty. Connection opportunities include giving, going, and praying.

    • To publicize the great works of God on earth as a testament to God's sovereignty and relevance to life on earth.
